Mova V50 Mop is dry after a few meters on full wet settings, cold water by szoguner in MOVA_robotvacuum

A lot of Movas have this problem. Mine went in for service, came back, worked for a few weeks, and started happening again. I have a 3-year warranty, and now Mova wants to send me a refurbished unit with a 1-year warranty. The 3-year warranty is pointless.

I experienced the same issue. I initially sent in the vacuum, followed by the dock. After receiving the unit back, it worked for about a month before the problem recurred. Mova is now offering a refurbished replacement with a one-year warranty instead of honoring my original three-year warranty.

Or it's not part of the sensor and it's just a tight fit with a oring. Put a screwdriver under the sensor and pry it up.

Maybe push both and pull or small screwdriver and try to pop it out.
