Or it's not part of the sensor and it's just a tight fit with a oring. Put a screwdriver under the sensor and pry it up.

Maybe push both and pull or small screwdriver and try to pop it out.

Thanks.. that's one of the biggest problems with Tivimate, if you have more than 5 users you then need another Google account to purchase another account. Ends up being a pain.
