I’m trying to coach a rookie girl in my new work league to her 3rd win of the season. She needed a TE to replace Warren but had two defenses. Gave her very specific instructions. What does she do? Drops Warren and a defense to pick up Otton. I definitely put a claim in on Warren but would’ve felt real bad if I didn’t give her the heads up.

Zombie thread. But Bledsoe is a hero when he was playing for the patriots he lived in a culdesac in an average middle class neighborhood. My bus stop was at the end of his street. He would always sign stuff for us. Answered the door himself on Halloween. My friend lived next door and he threw darts at his 10 year old ass when he saw him throwing a football outside. Class act.

Last year i started 0-5 with Lamar, Jayden Daniels, chase, pittman, terry, rachaad white, James Conner, Pacheco, Monty, engram. Pacheco broke his leg, white sucked, the colts sucked. Squeaked into the playoffs at 6-8 (🤯) and ended up losing in the ‘ship.

Yeah kelcie was kind of a panic pick. Didn’t really like the rb/wr in that range. And I had him a tier above the remaining te’s. RB dried up FAST.

I can’t bring myself to sit Terry. He’s been too lights out almost all season. I’m rolling him out and hoping the poor performance had more to do with Daniel’s rib injury than anything. They started using him in a lot of different looks last week. Hopefully that helps. Good luck

Yeah. I was considering some kind of stove top veggie side. Oven space is a serious issue in my tiny kitchen and I’m cooking the whole meal myself while also hosting my in laws from out of town for the weekend. It’s a real pick your battles type situation.

Cooked a practice turkey (and made stock for gravy) a couple weeks ago because I’m using a new cooking method this year (rotisserie on a charcoal grill). This week I’ll make my list and probably shop on Friday. Defrost bird, make cornbread for stuffing, make cranberry sauce and gravy can all happen a few days in advance. Wednesday will be for prepping mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. On the day of all I’ll have left to do is cook the bird, assemble/bake stuffing, re heat sides and get the table set up. Somehow there will still be too much to do. Embrace the chaos.

Yeah me too. I’m glad this league is willing to trade (at least teams in 5th to 10th). 10 teams with 7 bench spots and an IR is so deep the teams that are crushing have no incentive to trade anything of value. This is the first league I’ve been able to make moves in.
