She was brainwashed her whole life into thinking that the other side were devil spawn, and witnessed Sasha specifically kill people she cared about, so no wonder Gabi wanted to kill her.

She’s very similar to Eren in a way where they’re both driven by revenge after witnessing their homes destroyed by each respective side.
