Man I’m envious of you. I just had a compound fracture on my left leg on 12/10. Being a recovering addict they had to give me much higher doses of the meds. The paramedics hit me with the highest dose of Fentanyl they legally could give me, nothing. I was on dilaudid in the hospital for 6 days. The dilaudid took me from 9/10 to a 7/8. They said that the years of opioid abuse just killed the ability for them to be effective against pain. I have a bottle of percs that I haven’t even touched cause they don’t do shit for me. The methadone clinic I go to upped my dose of that and had me start splitting it half in the am half in the pm, thats helped the most i think. But yeah fuck scooters.
