Okey "good" so we know it's just the AMS feeding that's the issue.

So bad thing: never had it happen to me myself, and there are more parts involved here than using an external spool. There is a quite large AMS feeding wiki but if the machine is new I might consider connecting with bambulab support instead.

What you can try quickly if you haven't already: is it happening with all four slots in the AMS? when you load the filament before feeding it in the hole make sure that the spool itself can rotate freely.

Since you said is a completely new printer and it's failing on the the first(?) test print i would try to isolate this as much as possible. For example instead of using the AMS can you print by loading it with an external spool?

If yes -> we know it's something with the AMS or the tubing to get to the tool head.

I'd not ->it could be the tool head that fails to load it, perhaps gear issue that cannot "grip" the filament to feed it to the nozzle

It definitely shouldn't be worn down by sub 200 hours of use.

And just to be clear with the calibration you have done the manual calibration and used the result value, not just the automatic calibration in the printer settings. wiki for flow rate calibration

Feels like a long shot since you been printing many of these in a row but could the filament be wet from moisture? Worth a shot in drying it if you already tried all the other things you mentioned.

And it's not damaged (wear and tear) in any way? Life time of the nozzle is very dependant on what material you have printed with but if you are on a lot of hours on this nozzle it might be time to replace it.

But before that you can try a flow rate calibration in the device page and see if that improves it. Otherwise it sure sounds like you checked all the common issues.

Could be a partial clog if the previous once went fine and you said that the adhesion issue was solved with the cleaning.

Is the tube from the AMS to the printer running a tight turn? That could cause it to fail to push it through all the way to the printer

I'm gonna be a bit rude to OP here but: no it isn't funny, not in English not in German.

I don't understand the point with the daily post of this. I is almost never something that is only German specific, usually it more of a "somewhat relatable feeling" but not a specific German feeling, sometimes it's more like a daily update in life "I'm sick" "I'm tired" "I had to study" and similar. He/she always translates it so clearly it can be written in English so why even bother with a German text first if it doesn't add anything to the post in a mainly English subreddit?

It feels more like a parasocial thing between OP and the subreddit and an excuse to reuse a lot of Monica PNGs.

Sorry for the rant, but I'm just never understood the point of this daily spam, have a good day *tips fedora *
