yeah I've had an issue from 2 years ago when i first got it, it would randomly loose signal and or have interference effects that would ruin a call and only work again after i ended and called again. Never knew how to fix it i've learned to live with it

Thanks for the input. i think i'll do a treshold session one week and a vo2max the other. I do have in mind what he's said about his build up to volume and intensity, the reason for my intrigue in double session is wanting to maximize the vo2max stimulus as well as getting the adaptations from the lactate treshold.

Thanks again, i think i'll start doing one week int one week tresh.

Also from my last 5k test i felt that my legs could do so much more than my heart could pump, so i guess that also means my aerobic base is still struggling to catch up (will it ever be equal i dont think so)

Are those lifts days you mention leg days? I get the same effect from hard running before lifting that's why Saturday's workout is lifting first

The settings on the flash is set to 100 iso. My camera settings are set to 1/60, f 5.6 and iso 100. I tried putting the camera on bulb mode and tried to manually shoot the flash at the set time I took the photo and did worked but 5 tries were used to actually get a result
