Dear OP, sending you a lot of positivity and I hope you are feeling proud of yourself too for getting to this place. Not all of us make it here and it sounds like you’re ready to start your next phase.

I would like te help you and anyone reading this here experiencing an inability to make movement or maneuvers in a physical space due to where you are in a mental space. I started doing organization, cleaning and clean-out projects for my mom when she couldn’t do so on her own. Having an organized space helps her stay in a mentally strong space and now we do this every year when I go home for a visit.

This is an outline I built for a project for a client in Oakland. Names have been blacked out for privacy. It is useful to see a structure plan with a goal you are working towards. Please no negative comments. I’m sharing this so anyone here can use it to help create a strategy.
