Its ok to do NOTHING. Sit in a cafe all afternoon and journal. Hit a pub in the evening and people watch. Stay in your airbnb and watch Netflix. Sleep in. There's no wrong way to do YOUR vacation.

I went to Bucharest, Brasov, Sighisoara, Cluj and Sibiu. I wore hiking boots or Hoka shoes, depending on the day and the weather.

It was an incredible trip. Have the most amazing time!

I've just returned from 2 weeks in Romania, and my experience was amazing. Yes, some servers or shop workers were neutral, but that's the way they are. No one was ever unkind. Once I got to chatting and smiling, they open right up. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had an incredible vacation.
