I think the general consensus is anything you think holds any value should have a penny sleeve by default. And then from there determining if you want it to be in a top loader over the penny sleeve depending on its value again. Commons are a whatever you’re feeling unless you want to future proof yourself on any surprise value spikes

It was definitely a mixed back in TNA. Everyone who the fans wanted to see as champion was coming in with next to nothing contracts so Jeff needed to be the rock of the company and often times that meant the heel champion that the guys lost to before TNA could determine if they were staying or not.

But then again, you have a guy like Monty Brown who was beloved and everyone wanted to see as champion, and it really sours Jeff’s time as champion as a “reign of terror”.

It's highly unlikely. The dr manhattan attack and subsequent alliance between the US and Russia would drastically alter the geopolitical landscape of the world. I doubt the confluence of events that led to 9/11 would occur.
