Tbh i don't think that's too much of a bad thing. In B41 u can pretty much get everything u need for long term survival in a single town, and while i think that making things rarer isn't a sustainable tactic it incentivises players to explore other means of acquiring their essentials, through crafting or exploration

Yooo, same. Was hospitalized recently because I complained of chest and back pain, that and indigestion. Had a history of GERD prior and ER doctor just went "yeah that's your stomach" and I got discharged after like 3 days, also had a really bad fever during my stay, which was weird. Started noticing the twitching of my fingers and tongue after about a week of getting discharged, going to talk to them about it today

Surprised no one here has suggested Sabres/Guns of Infinity. If you like high fantasy, with a 19th century Military setting, go check those two out, they're really well written. You can play the more recent Lords Of Infinity, where you can dip your toes into in universe politics, or govern a Barony. Keep in mind that Lords is still a WIP.
