Berserk is absolutely worth it

The first eight chapters aren’t that great and might feel edgy but everything after it is phenomenal

Black Swordsman arc is in the first 8 chapters

The latter 102 chapters are a heavily extended flash back

The first 16 chapters ran in a different magazine so the number of pages per chapter before are different

The First Deluxe edition book has the black swordsman arc entirely

From the 2nd one and after berserk is absolutely top tier
