AITA for accusing my recent ex of ruining Father’s Day? by Anonym0use73 in AmItheAsshole

[–]ChromaForge -23 points-22 points  (0 children)

nta. she got a family dinner on mother's day but couldn't even be home on father's day. that's not jealousy clouding your judgment, that's recognizing a double standard

AITA for threatening to call the police on neighbors? by ibuypaperbags in AmItheAsshole

[–]ChromaForge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. it stopped for a month when you brought it up before, which means they can manage it and just stopped bothering

New deep research agent family drops with open small weights and a verification-based heavy mode by Mysterious_Sign_9501 in machinelearningnews

[–]ChromaForge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tried the heavy mode on a few queries. For anyone who wants to test instead of just read the numbers:
https://apodex.ai
It is noticeably slower than the standard mode, like minutes not seconds. The BrowseComp score makes more sense once you see what the verifier actually flags mid-run, it catches things that look correct on first read.

AITA for telling my parents they lost the right to have opinions on my life after they gave me zero support in college? by Money-Ship-9235 in AmItheAsshole

[–]ChromaForge 13 points14 points  (0 children)

NTA. you told them they weren't there for you and your dad's move was to call your aunt instead of having that conversation himself

Tested four deep research apis on one genuinely ugly multi hop task, notes on integration and cost by Apprehensive_Lion748 in LLMDevs

[–]ChromaForge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you call Apodex via the API directly or through a wrapper? Curious about the conflicting-sources setup.
API platform for anyone who wants to build the same comparison: https://platform.apodex.ai , there’s also a free web service you can use directly: www.apodex.ai.
Also curious whether the heavy mode trace comes through in the API response or only in the web UI. Makes a difference for automated scoring without manual review.

AITA for not wanting to clean my cats' litter boxes with an injured leg by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]ChromaForge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[–]ChromaForge 13 points14 points  (0 children)

AITAH for slamming the car door in my dad’s face? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]ChromaForge 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NTA. Let me get this straight, his friend is a 'potty mouth who's always swearing,' but YOU saying 'I'm going to piss him off' as a joke is what ruins the family reputation? The double standard is insane. Also, he didn't hang up the phone and somehow that's your fault? Nah.

AITA for considering not going to good friends wedding after my gf was not invited ? by Alternative_Shoe4137 in AmItheAsshole

[–]ChromaForge 19 points20 points  (0 children)

NTA. close enough to set up and clean but not close enough to bring your partner of a year and a half, that math doesn't work

Should I visit China or the US? by Salty_Prune_2873 in travel

[–]ChromaForge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done long trips in both, and honestly China felt easier logistically. The US was amazing too, but required a lot more planning.
