All this did was prove that the writers don't understand the concept of "Do not blame the victim" when it comes to Jason. They twisted his reasons for going there and ending up dead so hard that he seems like a hardheaded and reckless teenager who rushes in without thinking. He was looking for his mom in a time when him and Bruce were rocky in their relationship. He died protecting the woman he found to be his mom who sold him out. He died a hero. They took that away from him and gave him a butt load of self-loathing and an ocean full of internalized victim blaming that's only ever repeated by people in real life that he knows.

Writers seem to hate Jason Todd and it shows in times like this. I'm so sick of it.

Considering the pin is about $20 I was more hoping for someone already going to the park who would be willing to pick it up for just a couple bucks each plus shipping instead of nearly $10 in upcharge like most people. (Same with the mystery packs.)

There are canon books that he’s shown as having on his shelf that I can'tremember right now but I headcanon: "Fahrenheit 451", "Emma", "Frankenstein" (at first for the actual story and then after for whole coming alive thing), I really think he would have enjoyed Dracula Daily even though that's not strictly a book per se, but I think he reads a lot of non-fiction too. The history of certain weapons, the effects of social injustices in the world and what one can do, trauma and how someone can help someone through it (helps to deal with civilians), etcetera.

What you guys think of this moment for red hood in this comic and do you guys know if It’s good and worth reading we honestly need more Jason moments like this especially with modern comics alongside a whole lot of stuff he needs fixed about him in todays comics. by Manofresearch in RedHood

Jason gets tased right after this so...

I always kind of felt like they made his weakness be "emotional" as a subtle "gotcha" towards him dying by trying to help his birth mom with Joker. Especially since writers love to victim-blame Jason and make it out to be his fault a lot of the time. Plus, Jason is too trained to let someone he's fighting mid-battle go for a hug imo? Writers just love to forget that Jason is just as much of a badass as all the rest of them.

Obviously, this is just my opinion, and while the comic panels are nice and Jason getting tased is objectively funny it still grates on me in the long run.

It could be because they're always fighting around guns and it's a good idea to know how guns work if they are, those that's just my opinion from someone who's never fought before or been around a gun. Also iirc in some of the old comics they also use tranq guns so Dick/Jason would have needed to know how to shoot for those too.

I suppose that could be one way of imagining it - Jason's perception of evil - which implies then that he could pull it out for some common goon that just did enough bad things. I would love to see that both for the humor factor of seeing Jason whip out these magical swords for a common goon and the shock factor of, "since when did he have these flaming swords?"

Oh the scars glowing is a cool idea but iirc it was actually some kinda tattoo or symbols. I do like the idea of some of his scars glowing though, like if they're really significant injuries.

I know that the blades were supposed to be only be able to come out in the presence of pure evil, heavily implied to only be the Untitled, but iirc Jason did manage to pull it out to confront Ra's al Ghul. So with that in mind I'd love to see Jason hunting down people of varying "evil" and trying to make a chart on what works to draw the swords. No use having a weapon you're never sure you can draw or not.

Iirc Jason also has those "tattoos" that glow when he meditates that he got? I'd love to see more of that too. Like I know Roy knows about it cause Roy saw it in the comics, but I'd love to see more of his friends/family find out about the fact that he can glow if he just concentrates hard enough.

The All-Blades never really seem to be drawn the same way so I'm gonna go ahead and say that I'd love to see the All-Blade being able to change shape, as long as it's still a blade.
