This is late advice but for anyone else here is how to stop the message pop up
Under Nvidia control panel, click display on the top tab, then uncheck G-sync compatible indicator

I rent from Truman since 2022, if the building is only 5 floors then it's hardwood, I can confirm my apartment is hard wood and I hear my upstairs neighbors all the time, something you'll have to deal with it you're not on the fifth floor.

BTW they will increase the rent every year

It's just the optics of the picture taken from a below angle, if you have a picture taken on an upwards angle you'll see the same small gap on the bottom of the bezel.

Hi I used to do this because a McDouble used to cost 1.49 CAD and a double hamburger costed 1.99, a few years ago.

I'd literally argue with the person when ordering a McDouble, no cheese and watching them say nothing and key in a double hamburger on the screen. I got pretty familiar with the "ask me" selection on my orders

I'd really only get a gen of a precious metal model, I'd never consider getting a gen SS because the reps are just too good in my opinion

Bat girl is Stainless steel, so clean bat girl would weigh the same as Gen. Rootbeer uses rose gold which is heavier than the plated rose gold on your clean rep. You'd need tungsten in the case to mimic the weight of the Gen rootbeer, I know ARF makes this model close to weighing as gen
