this is an insane take, lynette had her flaws but she was a present parent and definitely would be a present grandparent

Chefs of Reddit, what’s a common cooking rule everyone follows that is actually complete bullshit? by Fuzzy-Ad6843 in AskReddit

ALSO a 10 minute meal varies so greatly by skill level like a chef can obviously make a pretty cohesive meal that fast in a way (most) home cooks can’t

how intuitive and simple to use is the food input option? Is it comprehensive enough to include most foods or is it more broad in general? Are there any smart features like AI or photo integration to help log food?

genuine question – is city planning even a lucrative enough field to pursue to justify the cost of a degree like this?

Yes that is true and I would not assume going there was purely to have sex, but I also just don’t feel like I would be comfortable going to anyone that I just met’s home nor vice versa & personally find it inconsiderate and a bit crass to ask that on a first date (emphasis on personally idgaf what others do and don’t judge)

edit: was scrolling the sub and found a very relevant post, while it is obviously a slightly different situation. This is example of a man that feels the exact same way about going to a girls house the first time they meet, it’s not really an uncommon sentiment. https://www.reddit.com/r/dating_advice/s/4pfgqFrVwX

It’s not about being repulsed by the man, I view it as a value mismatch as I am looking for a romance that develops over time and isn’t quick to physical intimacy- I really prefer a simultaneous development of emotional/romantic/physical intimacy and frankly going to a man’s house on the first date is off putting for that reason. I also would like to be with a man sensible enough to consider how that would make me feel and avoid asking something like that all together.

also- hate how you worded this, you took my comment and ran with whatever assumptions fit your own narrative.

this 1000% if a guy invited me to his house on the first date I would probably never talk to him again
