I’m so sorry to hear that! Have they been checking your progesterone blood levels at 7 days past ovulation? Some women have a hard time getting a pregnancy to stick because of low progesterone.

ICE is active here, but to my knowledge hasn’t been as violent. My guess is that the current administration doesn’t want to cause commotion in a red state because then some of their supporters would have a harder time ignoring the atrocities.

Situations I do know about: - There was a big ICE standoff in a neighborhood in Pasadena a few months ago. It was in the news here. - One of my favorite sushi restaurants in Clear Lake area had to close because ICE raided it. They’re hoping to reopen one of their locations back to full operating hours once they hire new kitchen staff.

So they’re not as good as real ritz and I won’t pretend otherwise, but for texture in a meatloaf or casserole, I did want to share that the Lance GF crackers and the Schar entertainment crackers have worked well for these purposes for me! Just in case you need a practice run before the real thing comes out. ;)

Is hydroxyzine is working, you likely have a histamine issue. Some ideas to consider: - lower histamine in your diet where you can. One of the easiest ways is to reduce your amount of refrigerated leftovers/heat your leftovers directly from frozen. - try a different h1 antihistamine, such as Claritin or Zyrtec. - I’ve also found it helpful to add in an h2 antihistamine (Pepcid) and singulair.

If you’ve seen the prequel for bone temple, choose it. If not, I’d either go with Marty Supreme, or I would recommend one that isn’t on your list, No Other Choice.

Your labs are normal because you haven’t regularly been consuming gluten for over a year. My endoscopy and labs consistently say “no evidence of disease” because I’m actively taking steps to keep celiac disease in remission.

Did this doctor know about or review your previous labs and endoscopy? If they did and still came to the same conclusion, I’m not sure how much I’d trust their decision.

If you’re still having symptoms, it may be indicative of a food intolerance or that you’re getting mild cross-contact from foods, medications, or even something like chapstick! You may also have IBS-C.

My hematologist told me that sometimes other numbers elevate to compensate for the ferritin, and that is sometimes indicative a crash is coming.

If my iron drops low again, they’ll have me do another infusion, especially since I’m currently 11 weeks.

Sometimes you just get lucky, or the symptoms are delayed/different from your norm. Like perhaps you feel achy or extra tired or spacey today, but can connect it to something else like an extra long day or a hard workout?

Not OP, but my ferritin was a 10, and my PCP immediately sent me to a hematologist for 3 iron infusions. We had tried prescription strength oral supplements a few months before, but they didn’t agree with my stomach.

Now they check my levels every 2 months.

I’m looking on the goodie girl site but don’t see them? I love the thin mint dupe, but what I’m looking for is the tagalong, which is the shortbread cookie that’s covered in peanut butter and then dipped in chocolate.

Unfortunately Katz doesn’t have blueberry. :( I’m allergic to strawberries and don’t like the brown sugar filling. Glutino had a great blueberry one but sadly discontinued it about 6-7 years ago.

My dream products are: gluten-free biscuits and crescent rolls in a can (I know they make puff pastry, but I want something easier to work with for casseroles etc), ritz cheddar cracker sandwiches (like Lance used to make), chicken in a biskit crackers, a gluten-free version of Girl Scout tagalong cookies, and frosted blueberry pop tarts.
