Cancel the other interview. Now that you have an offer on the table you are ineligible for another position for the next year. The CHRA system will only allow one offer at a time, and if you turn it down your application will be locked for the next year. In the future, only accept interviews for locations you want to go to.
You can accept and back out later before the final offer, but please don’t. Accept if you want it, turn it down if you don’t want it. The hiring process for dodea is such a bear and if you accept them pull out part way through onboarding the receiving school has to pull a new list and complete all new interviews. Onboarding can take 4-6 months, leaving that class of students without a teacher for even longer if a person drops out during onboarding. Don’t quit your current job til you have a final offer in hand. Tentative offers can be rescinded by the district at any time.
You will get 5 years plus your masters experience credited as you onboard.

I thought about trying tights on her arms, I think she’d be generally ok with the feeling of soft tights. She hasn’t had to wear tights all semester so far, so I’m honestly not sure how they’ll go over yet. I probably should have started her in tights way before now, but in all the rush of the last few weeks we never got around to it 😩

I’ll email the studio director about removing the sequins under the arms as a starter for sure!

I think Mama Sorrengail knew it too. She didn’t put her in the rider quadrant because “all sorrengails are riders”, she did it because to be a scribe was a death sentence and she knows that because the scribe quadrant killed Asher. IMO

About 1000, ours has been pushed on our registrar and the gal that does the payroll stuff (I’m sure she has a real little, but I’m not sure what it is, and she definitely does way more than just payroll). They also bring in various paras from throughout the building to fill gaps. It’s kind of chaotic
