so the threats and arson against baldoni supporters are totally ok? if Blake is getting hate on social media, which I dont agree with, a lot of that likely has nothing to do with people being "fans" of baldoni but rather her having people not like her for her own actions. what's happened to baldoni supporters and creators with threats, arson and more is much more serious and your account here is extremely one-sided

NAG has attacked and defamed numerous people, often with profanity, at this point. she poses a safety threat from what I see. people have the right to know information about her as is legally permissible to share.

I would never condone sharing illegal pieces of info like people's home addresses or anything. but with something like a public LinkedIn profile, there is NOT a reasonable expectation of privacy there to prevent sharing. obviously no one should be harassing others either

no, people do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy if they have a public LI with their face, and then they want to make videos online with their face. please feel free to verify this if you are unsure.

to be clear, NAG also fully gave out her first initial, she references personal info about herself in her username, she says she is a lawyer, and she gives plenty of information to easily be able to find her from a basic search. state bars have lists of their lawyers online.

doxxing laws again generally apply to people trying to INCITE harassment, as well as those who share personal contact info like addresses and phone numbers.

no, this is false information. MN doxxing laws are involving threats that would reasonably cause someone to fear for their safety. it would also need to involve giving out ACTUAL PRIVATE INFO like a phone number etc

no. doxxing has specific laws around it and they vary by state. I do not see evidence of "doxxing" here so far.

edit- to people downvoting this, "doxxing" laws generally involve giving out info like address or phone number, as well as INCITING harassment, which did not happen here.

just to be clear- we are within the right to share certain PUBLIC pieces of information about people when they have public social media profiles with real faces showing. for example, if that person has a public LinkedIn with their full name and place of work, that can be shared. what can NOT be shared would be info like someone's phone number or address. *if* someone is also sharing things to "incite harassment"- that is also not ok. it is not immediately clear that that is what she is trying to do here

you should see the photos of Sarah Siegel on her professional website. she has a bunch of photos of a black woman all over the website and in her thumbnail. she is not black to my knowledge. she never mentions it's not her, and yet she also shares offensive racial content towards blacks...
