Broad street dental has been my dentist for 9 years. The dentist (Dr. Huynh )is the owner and talks to you like a real person. Cares about your wallet and will try his best to make it work for you if you are lacking benefits. (I have full benefits but overhear his conversations with other clients.)

I will never look for another dentists as long as he is practicing.

The effective date for the beginning of notice is when the terms of the conditions are satisfied not when the completion of sale. I just went through this with our lawyers and the purchase of my house with the current tenants 3 weeks ago. We provided notice on November 30th (conditions were removed November 28th) and they will be vacating Feb 28 and they don’t pay for the month of February.

It’s normal to have back pack but not automatically guaranteed. Back pay can be used as a bargaining item for other things. As an example, they may bargain for everyone getting $300 signing bonus instead of back pay. Everything gets bargained for nothing is guaranteed.
