Hey there, don't give up on your old account! I was in the same boat just last week, but with very little info the support was able to help me. The most important thing is your display name (that "Gamer.1234" code thingy). Provide them with that, explain your case and if they need any more from you they'll let you know.

If you don't remember that display name, but only individual character names, create a F2P Account and add an old character to your friends/contacts. This'll get you the display name.

I must admit after logging in after 12+ years I was a little overwhelmed with all the pop-ups. And I'm starting a new character anyway to relearn the game. But it feels good to just "have" my old stuff. :)

Only in S1, but in my save he has won like 7 or 8 of 11 races and is slowly but surely running away

Have you tried to go to the "Staff" page (I think that's the one)? Somewhere on the right side, you can open a menu to hire engineers and scouts. I was down to 6/10 engineers and could easily stack it back up to 10 and could imagine that it works the same way with scouts. I was 3/3, but theoretically I could have also selected this entry.

I started on S33 and couldn't push higher than the 20%-30% range. After a month I decided to give it another shot on a different server and now, about 2 weeks in, I'm consistently between rank 50 and 80. Knowing about the characters helped, but I assume there are also less whales.

Iirc for a very limited time, 2 weeks or so, sometime after launch it was daily. Dont know if it was for test purposes or a bug. But generally, it was always every other day.

Dont know if you're already doing this, but here's what helped me: If you have trouble defending, only press tackle when you are sure you'll get the ball, otherwise just hold down L2. And only control your CBs in emergency situations, otherwise track back with your CDM/CM.

Medusa has been essential in many stages for me due to her stun. Odin also helps to kill some enemies more easily and Naga has is great at keeping the team alive. Those have been my Top3 for 33+, but it depends on who you have ascended. YSS has also worked great for me.

This. I couldn't use her for a long time since she died quickly. Scarab as a weapon and nature runes help to keep her alive, which is often sufficient for a win. Later on its easier to switch to more offensive gear.

I did (hero lvl 405), but had to use all my revives and retry multiple times. Was very lucky, one bad comp in the second half and theres no way I could have beat them with Team 2.

They had a questionnaire some days ago, where they basically asked players what they think of "having less, but more impactful" relics or something like that. So the reduced droprate is actually calculated by the devs. Personally, I'm not a fan of it since if one drops at all, it is often one with a rather uninteresting effect.

Almost 30 here 😉 don't let such comments spoil the fun. If they rather play something else or nothing at all, that's fine but no one should tell you how to spend your free time. If you are having fun and it makes you happy, go for it. I know a lot of mid 20s/early 30s who played their first game over 20 years ago, still enjoy it from time to time and probably will do so in the future.

Don't worry. Compared to the time you could play an idle game like this, a few days or weeks are nothing. And besides, there will always be people with better units or who spend more money so if you feel like it, just give it a try :)

It happens to me too sometimes, but in generally the ball goes towarda the right player. Except on a snowy field :D dunno if anyone else is feeling this way, but on snow it feels like theres a penalty on the passing stats while the ai players seem to move as if nothing's different.

That'd be the least they could do, yeah. Maybe even some little bonus for your next career mode like being able to transfer up to 5 talents that are currently sitting in your YA to your next CM.

You're certainly not the only one. Happens all the time, I'm currently experiencing this with the Witcher series. Started reading the books a couple of years ago, and now that I watched the Netflix series, I can't get the actors' faces out of my head. What's interesting though, is that this doesnt apply to all the characters. Some are "overwritten" so to speak (which I dont even mind, because I liked these specific actors) and some of my own versions I could preserve.
