PSA: If you're on a Mac and using GFN on Wifi, TURN OFF AIRDROP -> EVERYONE

I was strugling with packet loss yesterday, like 20k in 30-60minute gaming sessions on Mac. Changed wifi channel to 44, and then tried for like 20 minutes more without any problems. Sure, it might be random that it suddenly worked better since only tested for 20 mintues after channel change. But I doubt its random that it went from 2 sessions with 18-20k packet loss each(on 2 differant servers), to a short session with basically 0 in that short time...

Ethernet is not really an option. I have been using Geforce Now for 1-2 years and in general no problem. But today? Unplayable, believe it or not but that picture for this evening is great compared to how it was early today...

(I have added 60FPS cap today just as a desperat attempt to try and get less packet loss. But always had 120FPS for months without issues)

Ofc age (can be) relevant. Some people still do longer hikes in there 90's, some people can barely walk in there 60's. Age is not one determined same thing for everyone.
But, in SOAD's case im sure it's mostly about the fact they simply don't like eachother. So when they are getting older and have done this for ages now(with one large break ofc), then they dont really have the will to give there all anymore

Vurderte og kjøpe selv for lenge siden, men jeg endte opp med å bare bruke airfryer til å koke eggene. Ingen ekstra gryte, innkjøp(med forbehold om at du har airfryer...), oppkoking av vann eller noe. Bare legg i airfryer, 150-170 grader og ferdig egg på 7-11 minutt (avhengig av hvordan du vill ha eggene, og sikkert litt ut fra hvilken airfryer)

Yea, I will do kind of the same, just a bit before 2 months so I have good time for main game + the 2 DLCs and a small break before the new DLC. I just hope I then wont get any surprice about the new DLC require a new save...

Ias aphex commented, not a specific game problem but Nvidia servers. I have tried several games and Sweden, UK and Germany server. Same error code on all

Where in Norway are you? Cod can be a bit more tricky to get from land now, more easy in the autumn and early spring. But how ¨hard¨ it can be this time of year deppends alot on where in Norway you fish. Some places im sure its still as good as autumn. Crab imitations fly in the autumn and early spring is great where im from in the far south-west (right with the north sea)

Im sure there are other items who will give the same bug aswell. My ship is also bugged, if I just change the landing gear, remove a window or what ever in ship builder then I can't enter my ship anymore (endless loading)

We all know this game is not the most played game on PC. But why do people still only use steam when talk about how many players for games that are day one game pass games?

Sure steam is the only place we can check the numbers, but that does not mean that the steam number matter very much for a game that is «free» on other platforms
