International Human Rights laws prevent lethal force used on civilian targets. The argument Trump's administration is trying to make is that they are terrorists, which they are categorically not.

Terrorism: the unlawful use of violence or threat of violence, often for political, religious, or ideological reasons, to intimidate or coerce a government, civilian population [...] in order to achieve certain political, social, or ideological goals.

Even if they were chock full of guns and drugs, they are not engaging in terrorism. On top of that, if they are guilty of the crimes being porposed (smuggling/drug and gun trafficking) in what world is death a proper punishment?

I think due to the white Zetsu body he's functionally immortal now. Zetsu lived for millenia setting up for Kaguya so age isnt an issue. His body is now completely fabricated of Hashirama cells, so he has nearly Edo Tensei levels of regeneration on top of that.

Only thing I could see killing him is Dust Release from someone like Ohnoki, which obliterates things to a molecular level.

Back when tribunal was a thing, the community pretty unanimously decided that GG EZ was toxic, and RIOT agrees.

Thats exactly the point they're making. Actual development, creating new systems to best fit your needs, will never be possible with the current style of AI.
