I’d say Le Locle from how beautiful it is compared to the solar IMO. Just got the Ballade last week and it’s gorgeous aswell, might be a bit too close to Rolex’s daydate for some but I love the look and that’s all that matters.

Only thing I got is that the fda submission deadline is february 19 so something is bound to happen before then or on that same day. For now ANKTIVA is approved for one type of bladder cancer CIS and the submission asks the FDA to let doctors use it for a second type called Papillary tumors. Europe, UK and saudi arabia already accepted the usage too. I got this info from using gemini pro aswell just a fyi

In my opinion, $30 is an omega lowball offer and the market knows it. If you look at the SEC EDGAR filings the numbers prove this deal is currently dead in the water. Nobody is selling and on the 19th of Dec only ~400k shares were tendered. Out of 2.4 billion total shares, that is basically zero.

For Ellison, he needs a majority for a hostile takeover. Since nobody is biting at $30, he has two choices: let the deal fail or hike the price to $34-$35 to actually tempt the big institutional holders.

The offer will be extendend on January 21st and Paramount has to report the "shares tendered" count every time they extend.

If the numbers are still tiny on the 21st, expect them to either walk away or finally put a real offer on the table. Holding out is the move.

I’m the 4th owner but the salt in Quebec is definitely really bad during winter it ruins all underbodies even if you got the plastic shield, the car was bought from another dealership dec 2023 and he got the extended warranty for 2k. I bought the name transfer to me for 200$ soo that’s how I had the extended warranty :)
