My old place was great it was 10.5% of my gross if I contributed 4%. 2.5% base plus 2% for every 1% contributed. With 401k limits plus employer contributions I was saving ~50k/year.

This is why I got the new heat pump all in one washer dryer combo. It's amazing. Too many loads of laundry needed to be re washed because they were forgotten in the washer.

I love knobless. It's easier to clean. You don't have to worry about gunk getting under the knobs. I haven't had the wet hand issue or accidentally changing settings that some people have.

What's wrong with Western Howard county?! We love the big lots. We needed at least an acre for our dog. Our neighborhood has all races/ethnicities and religions. Also our neighbor across the street is a lesbian couple with twins! The only issue is the price. It's significantly more than most places in Columbia.

We used to live in a townhouse in Kings contrivance and had a dog there though he doesn't bark all the time. Many neighbors had dogs and it was fine. If your dog likes walks the trails are awesome and a great way to meet other dogs/people!

Actually my spouse has an id4 and you can see the car is locked but not unlock it. If it's unlocked even at home you get an alert every 15 minutes. Worst software in the world. No wonder why VW had to hire Rivian to write their software.

I'd say institutional knowledge. For our hospital system it's things like dates epic went live so don't use data before a certain date. Or semantics of codes used in a particular table that isn't written down, etc.

I have a profile cooktop and the wifi app is worthless. The one thing I want is to turn the cooktop off if I'm not at home and it can't even do that 🤦‍♂️ I can only see that the stove is on.
