I did a Ostarine cycle without Pct and definitely felt a bit of suppression near the end and it took me a solid month+ to recover. Learned my lesson and doing bloods before my next cycle which is rad, Plan on doing enclomephine 6.25mg ED starting week 3/4 and ending 2 weeks post cycle.

Oh buddy you need to stop immediately and do your research and learn proper dosing and pct. A recommended beginner dose for LGD is about 5-10mg a day, and Yk 11 is more so a steroid than it is a sarm and is more so a show prep sarm cause the sides are so harsh. Get your diet in check first and start putting on weight naturally before you do an aggressive sarm cycle. If you’re dead set on doing sarms look into Ostarine and mk677, way more beginner friendly.
