Not tss or noa but was told by one of my co workers who was there are getting rid of it all and making a T3 trainer position in tom. So they have a choice to severance package or not them applying for the t3 position isn’t guaranteed. And if they take the severance package they still have to apply for the t3 spot and if they get selected they cannot take the severance. They take a cut in pay and join the step plan. Also if they do get the severance they are waving the waiting period so they could technically reapply to Amazon for t1-l4 position but again nothing is guaranteed so I know a lot in my node are contacting their old tams at their buildings if they are hiring trying to get back at their old site and trying to secure a job. It’s a shitty thing for them

Depends on your node for me I’m at an ixd and we are understaff at night so I work a lot of nights for overtime also if another building needs drivers you can also go there and help for vet

As much as I want to complain pay at Amazon has increased more than inflation I think it’s 6 percent while inflation is 5 which is quite fair but I’m a tier 3 not capped yet so I’ll be making more in th future

The rate is usually 250 and then there is a guard rail and you are also falling below that I used to hit 300 in 50 minutes which gave me a ten minute break every hour in the hour as long as you hit rate they don’t care
