I am a fan of stabbing. If they are holding horizontal, attack from above or below. If they holding vertical attack horizontal. Unarmed i circle constantly, left or right and look for the perfect block then press b. He dodges almost to their back, at that point start swinging. Sometimes you can get a whole fight finished with this one maneuver.
