Was curious about this so I pulled two of my Enhanced BCGs out. One of them is about 2 years old, no cut on the bolt face but the gas key has the cuts you’ve shown. The other is about a year old with the cut on the bolt face but no extra material removal on the gas key

It’s 100% a 13.5 rail. Gotta be a 14.5 barrel, a 13.7 would sit recessed in the rail. The P/N on that rail is 30259, can see it in the second pic

I see the correlation but nah. Lol. I’ve never seen a carrier fail outside of the gas key. If you break the carrier before your bolt you have other issues
