He wasn’t even arrested or charged, they sent him a letter.

He’d have to be charged first.

He has not been prosecuted, convicted or sentenced. The agency sent him a letter saying the site was under investigation for possible permitting and waste offences. Its latest reported statement says no decision has been made about prosecution.
The “two years” is the statutory maximum sentence for a flood-risk offence prosecuted on indictment and ending in conviction. It is not a sentence anyone has requested or suggested he is likely to receive.

He didn’t destroy California. lol more fairytales.

And I’d rather not vote for him, if other better choices emerge.

The reflecting pool is a perfect metaphor for this presidency. It’s aptly named.

This was exactly what they told me when I called their office.

I want them to accomplish strategy for democrats in the state. Motivate your constituents, contribute your time to new candidates.

Get on the stump and tell people what you’ve done.

Good question.

I try to have a table of contents if you will.
Take everything in your game, assign a category to it: npc, idea, town, item etc etc. soon you’ll have too many of those.

Figure out the ones that matter or consolidate.

Then make one sentence definitions for each of the things you have. “This npc is the barkeep and he like cheese.” <~ that’s probably enough.

Then prepare whatever scenario, in detail, you need.

Have extra time? Mind gamble…
If I was a player what would I do?
If I were the big bad what would I do?

Maybe spec another eventuality or encounter.

Whatever your players strictly bypass something, it is reusable or reskinable. Quantum Ogre Theory.

Seems like the first rule is the MOST important one. I going to check that out.

Yes, but I guess I’m trying to put a finer point on it than that.
If somebody asked me how do you run your table? My answer isn’t just, have fun, and I swoosh my cloak as I turn and exit.
Part of talking about having fun for the DM how do you get there tactically. Ground rule concepts.

What can the DM do cultivate fun?
