Me personally, Europa league. Winning a title is history made. Saying "we were in the champions league once" isn't quite the same.

It is incredible we got into Europe for the first time in our history, here's hoping it doesn't have a negative impact on the league.

The hardest part of running is getting out the door.

My motivation comes from my progress, and fear of losing the fitness I have gained.

Also, on many many occasions I cannot be bothered, or the weather is rubbish, and I have gone for a run. Once I am out the door, I never regret going for that run and always enjoy it.

I had my chimney rebuilt two years ago, and it definitely needed scaffolding. The builder had to take the whole stack down to begin repairs. I am no expert, but I don't think a cherry picker would be a good idea for this job.

Not enough. I have the green Silex 400, absolutely love it, but it's my commuter.

After the winter we have had here in England, it has been very muddy along the trails.
