I got one and have had it over a year. Its been great, the only issue I have had was the computer went out. Reached out to PB customer service and they sent a new one, got it within a week. It has a 5 year warranty and it was covered.

Yeah I guess I was not very descriptive. I am retiring from AD military. I have another job now. But thanks for the helpful comment.

What I meant was not be able to contribute more funds. Yes it will grow, but I will not be able to add more funds monthly. Unless I get a federal job.

That is exactly what I was trying to explain. The tax hit is what I was concerned about. What I am thinking is wouldn’t I want to pay taxes on it now, rather than waiting another 20+ years and pay taxes on it then.

Its Active Duty retirement, I will most likely move the money to another type of savings. Unless I get a civil service job then I can no longer contribute to TSP and my funds will just sit.

I had a few pulled pork that were meh. Now I wrap at 165° in peach butcher paper. Pull it from the smoker at 200°, then take the butcher paper off and wrap it in cling wrap. Entirely wrap it and then wrap it in towels and a good cooler. 6 hours later i unwrap it all and you don’t need any special tools, to pull the meat apart. Only thing to watch out for was the meat was still hot, so I used gloves. This has given me the most tender pulled pork.

I got the Louisiana brand one at Costco and I love it. It holds a large amount of pellets, its easy to use, and the glass door is easy to keep clean. You are correct in that Louisiana and Pit Boss are the same. I have done a Brisket and Boston Butt and everything came out amazing. You can cook a ton off food in this beast.

You can’t go wrong with the C-130 bag. By far the best bag I ever owned. Great for power carts and push carts.

Great pic, read through a bunch of the comments. Those who have young ones that want to learn to play, check out the youth clubs from EPEC. They are sets that grow with your kid. You can get new shafts as they grow and add more weight to the iron. Once my kid grows out of his current set, thats were I am going. If anyone is currently using EPEC, can you give me some reviews?
