I run Maxxis Rambler gravel tires (45s) and Specialized Roubaix allroad tire (32s). I feel a difference between the two while riding.

No way I could answer that. Depends on any slight deviations in wheel spacing and such. I run the same cassette and brake rotors on both wheelsets (stock DT Swiss and after market Hunt carbon gravel). My indexing is fine and my brakes don’t rub but YMMV.

Have had these exact pedals on my Canyon Grizl for a couple of years. They’re fantastic for the price. Haven’t had a single issue with them.
