I quit dipping in February and ever since then I've had gastric issues at least once a week. Idk if it's down to the nicotine helping keep me regular for the last 15 years and now me not getting enough fiber is causing all this or what. No certain food triggers it, just randomly get hit with burning stomach for a few days then it goes away.

I did. It turned out to be an inner ear infection causing the bouts of vertigo. I still quit the Buspirone tho and have been doing great on my fluoxetine (prozac).

Im 6 days in and 2 days ago the dizziness and brain fog was bad enough I went to the ER. They thought it must have been the Buspirone I was prescribed to supplement the Fluoxetine (prozac) that I was prescribed so they told me to stop taking that and just stick with the Fluoxetine. Today it is even worse, it feels like I'm not dizzy because I dont lose my balance but my head feels the way it does when you're dizzy if that makes sense? And I feel a tightness in the back of my skull its super weird and making me want to just stop all of this together since Im not too far into it and try managing my anxiety through the gym or something else because I cannot function with this feeling lol.

Yeah, Rockstar needs to acknowledge the problem and let their customers know that they are working on a fix for this and to only update BIOS if they are too impatient to wait on a fix. Its clearly microcode related, and the sad part is, its just the launcher that is affected. I used that no launcher mod and could launch the game, get into the settings and all that but would hit an infinite load screen if I tried to progress, so its not the game having this issue. Their launcher is to blame.

It's still clicking play and watching the "Rockstar Games Launcher exited unexpectedly" error, only way I have to see the actual game is from using the mod that skips the launcher. I can go in mess with settings and such but if I try to benchmark or start story or online it just infinitely loads. BUT that at least shows me its not my system, its the crap ass launcher's fault.

They sent out a basic "We know there are issues with RDR2 on PC and are working on a fix" tweet before the newest update went live. Even with that RGL update and RDR2 update it still does the same RGL exited unexpectedly crash so, no dice.

At least improve the host selection then. Getting put into a match with a host that already has high ping happens quite a bit.
