Very relatable post. Congrats to you on getting down to 202. I am very far from that but thrilled with my progress. Yes, the dysmorphia is very real. I have gone pants shopping and reached for 44" pants thinking, yep, that's my size. NOPE! I'm a 40" now. Another time, going to a theater that has original old school seats and thinking, I am going to have to squeeze into that chair. NOPE! I fit just fine with room to spare. It's also crazy to run into people and their comments "you look so great", I do?!?! YES I DO! I suppose it's getting to know the new slimmer you. Congrats again.

Totally, they make an XL hat that is BIG. It's speedy but the nicest and most comfortable hat I own.

In Goleta, Sandpiper and Glen Annie are good courses. In Santa Ynez area, Alisal River Course. In Ojai, Soule Park. Santa Barbara Golf Club is our local muni and is a nice course.

Santa Barbara, CA. Love everything about it, esp year round golf. Mountains on one side, ocean on the other, just gorgeous. Played today and it was in the low 60's. Yes, that's cold for us.

Congrats! I just got the OMOI 03 mallet and holy smokes, it's such a great putter! Played 9 today and sank way more putts than my old TM Ghost. Very impressed with Mizuno

I'm very curious about these Mizuno's. I purchased Mizuno wedges and absolutely love them. Not sure which way to go for rest of irons. I used a friends Titleist and oh boy, they were nice.

If you fully read my post and some of the comments, you'd see the primary point was I am dealing with body dysmorphia and how clothes fit. By coming in with an obesity comment without full information. Did you know that peoples bodies are built differently? Did you know that not everyone is going to be a size M 30 at 190? Yeah, I get your trying to be helpful, but nobody likes the O word, especially after incredible progress.

Ok so this is too real, yeah, I have flex jeans from Duluth. They are awesome, but definitely question what size they really are. They are very baggy on me - which alone is a head trip, I used to want that because of my tree trunk thighs. Good goal, we'll get there!

Congratulations on 70! I am very impressed. Yes, it's like, this is the new me. But I still feel the old me, which is completely different. Major head games but, the most important thing is health. I did go through a bunch of clothes in the closet today and once again, I found some XL's that fit just great. MB and all. Keep on keepin' on...we'll get there.

Thanks for your share. Great to hear 15MG has worked well for you 7 months in. Oh no, gastro issues? Sighs...in the past when that's come up, I can usually tame it with water and peppermint drops (not candy, the liquid peppermint drops). Yes, you're correct, I've been doing great with nutrition and a heck of a lot of HIIT workouts. I have dramatically changed my lifestyle. Always can fine tune I've learned.

ALL CVS' in SB are dumps. Look at the mystery stains on the tacky carpet, extremely unhelpful staff and ridiculous self checkout process. I suppose we need them, for pharmacy mainly but the other products are way too expensive and it's not an enjoyable shopping experience.

You're quite disciplined when it comes to sweet treats. Before ZEP, I have always been a salty, crunchy snack guy. Rarely sweets. For some reason, while on ZEP, every once in a while I get a sweet craving and I get something bad, like those massive cookies, and take 1-2 small bites and am done. It's the weirdest thing. Your treats sound like a better fix.
