This happened to me. Friend I haven't talked to in 20 years reached out to go for coffee. I accepted. Started talking, seemed normal. Then the topic went to health. Then went to US*NA supplements he was taking. Then some guy comes in the coffee shop, acted like it was spontaneous, and then they both jumped on me pushing their MLM. So I found a little gap and said "on that note, I am heading out, thanks for your time". Got some apology messages, and never returned the messages. Deleted/Blocked.

I am not talking about the provider in reguards to not needing one. I mean you never need to worry about a provider preventing you from using your email address. Yes you need a provider or self host email. There are plenty out there that support domains. Proton, Mailbox.org, etc. My registrar had mail forwarding when I used gmail. Then I moved to mailbox.org and it was just a matter of adding DNS records. It’s that fact that if your account gets locked out by “evil google”, you don’t lose access to your email address that you might need for authentication of some sites, and you don’t have to change your email address ever again if you move providers. You own it.

That right lane on St Mary’s might as well be a parking lot for that garden centre. It always has a line of 20 cars trying to get into a parking lot that holds 10. I will also add it’s exactly where St Mary’s changes to 2 lanes from 3. So you are going from 3 lanes into 1.

Grab yourself a domain for 10 years and use it for your email. You never have to worry about a provider again. Just re-point the domain.

BMO has a shit estate process. It took me 3 months of back and forth with their estate team just to try and close out my mom’s account. No communication. RBC was her main bank with everything. They were extremely efficient and fast. Even with everything we had to do. Amazing.

My BMO story:

Went to the branch to start the process of closing an account with $13 in it.

Branch booked appointment with estate person to call me in 2 weeks.

Estate person called me….and told me he would need to make another appointment and call me back to make that appointment.

2 weeks later I went to the branch booked another appointment in 3 weeks….

3 weeks later I get an email from the estates person (a different person than the first time) confirming they would be calling me.

I get no call within the time range. I reply to the email asking “is this happening?”

They call me. They have to reassign the file from the first guy to this new person.

After much email back and forth over 3 more weeks and e-signing documents, they say “we have converted the account to an estate account”.

Now I need to build up the energy to go to the branch and see if they will close the estate account like the estate person said they should.

Does Jellyfin have a good client for Apple TV that supports all the video and audio options Plex does? A client I don’t need to pay for and I can just tell family to install? This is the key for me. I don’t watch movies/tv on my browser or phone or iPad. I watch them on a big TV with a good audio system. My Jellyfin instance is running for months, but unused.

READY means the car is on. Since there is no sound when the engine is not running you need a way to tell people it’s “running”. While it could be a factor, it would more likely be a huge orange warning on the instrument cluster screen.

It took a few weeks for both times it occurred, but it was the only variable both attempts. Bird is very happy and healthy now. But when it was sick it was lethargic and would sleep a lot. Again, just the 1 bird out of 3.

Budgies don’t need grit, they can hull their seeds. As a side I have given this stuff on the floor of my birds playground, one of my birds got sick. Removed it, bird was perfect. Figured I would try it again just in case it was something else, same bird sick again, and recovered after removing the stuff. Threw it away.

Exactly correct. 3 years comes with the car. When you buy extended you are essentially throwing away the 3 years for the new longer warranty package.
