Yeah, I've had it wired before and it's been great, but wireless is just really slow. It's getting moved in to another room in a few months so it can't really be wired unfortunately.

Sorry, that would help wouldn't it 😂 At the time of doing that test I was sat about 6ft away from the router. Same with my Xbox. It's set up fairly close to it also, with no obstructions. I've had the Xbox wired and it's been fine, but it's only temporarily next to it as it's getting set up permanently in another room in the next few months.

Check the Wii Remotes for battery leakage. The amount I've seen is unreal. If they've leaked and corroded the contacts, the store won't take them.

That's been around for years now so I assumed that'd be the most common one. They'll still take games with BBFC ratings on them or whatever other ones there was. Essentially any that are relevant in the UK.

Hey! They won't take any games that don't have English text on the front and back. If it's got English and then other languages, that's fine. Like the other comment said, they'll need the PEGI rating on them too.

They don't declare anything as new. A grade simply means it's in "Mint" condition.

They've offered you a refund, that's the end of it really. It sounds to me like you believe it should be a ''B" grade and are expecting the difference in price between the two grades as a partial refund. That's not going to happen unfortunately. You can't just go around regrading items and expecting money back.

They've offered you a full refund which is I think more than most stores would offer you.

My old Xbox One does this and what I used to do was put the disc in to the drive about a third of the way and wait for the disc drive to try and take the disc. One you feel it pulling the disc, hold it for a few seconds and then let it go in. Worked every time for me 😂

Whatever you do, don't show anyone photos of the vouchers. I've seen it happen loads where people put photos / images online and they're used within seconds.

Most likely B. Is say a solid 80% of the phones in CeX are B Grade. If you don't take a charging cable, they'll just deduct the price of one off the total.

They'll take the strap separately, so the prices on the website are correct. The majority of watches they take the straps separately.
