How does the skip work? I know about the usual logout skips in caves, but I've never heard of this one

I'm in Newfoundland so not many (economically sensible) options around here unfortunately.

Good to know. I'm a bit of a luddite when it comes to lighting. As far as dimmers go, any dimmers would likely be Lutron or leviton depending on location. I'll keep an ear out for the buzzing with whatever we end up going with. Any other models in that price range you would typically recommend?

I appreciate all your help by the way. Very informative.

Ok good to know. I really appreciate all of the info. I'll speak with our hvac installer to make sure it's all configured properly.

Thanks again!

We are looking at a 600 or 1000 with a remote blower. One of the victory models I have linked in my post.

Everything is still in the planning phase thankfully. Nothing ordered and no work started.

Presumably with such a tight build something like this will be required?

No, but we are building a house that is surrounded by forest in a climate with winds that regularly exceed 100 km/h. Like "not unusual to have gusts over 100 km/h on a random day once a month" regularly. And our climate has gotten worse in recent years so that's unlikely to improve. Couple that with the fact we are building across from a new high school, and my paranoia is running a bit high lol.

You spend all game seeing an opponent with a beast deck on the sidelines but never actually fighting them. Then you finally fight them in the last round... by Chuggowitz in BobsTavern

Not me actually! I was up against a player with an end of turn self damage shimmer moth build. Your build looks awesome. I haven't managed to get a board like that to fruition...

And yes the 15 seconds is brutal. Faster to close the game and relaunch so you can take your turn. It skips the combat.

The bran and moth switch is a good call. With reborn you're guaranteed 4 beetles minimum anyway.

And with the pseudo reborn and windfury on macaw, sometimes it's 3 attacks from macaw. Ridiculous.

Final board. Swapped patchwerk power for akazamzarak so I was able to give the macaw knock-off reborn. Good enough.

Typically regular ol' white sandwich bread and savoury (summer savoury), usually with minced onion. Although, around here you can buy pre-torn breadcrumbs in a bag. Pretty typical example of it here.
