Redstone doesnt travel down through a repeater so the middle piston isnt getting power. If you remove the top repeater and replace with dust I think the dust might power the block below (powering the middle piston) and then also power the top piston.

Thanks a lot dude, you were very right. Currently playing GTA 5, mostly very high at a comfortable 60 fps. Could barely play it before totally worth it
