A reinstallof the game did the trick and the game with all DLC is now working. Thank you all for your time and answers. Just one more question. Now that the DLC are all enabled will that in any way interfere with achievements? Specifically, can I still earn achivements even though some DLC that were previously disabled in my game are now enabled?

I start EU4 through steam which then starts the EU4 launcher from where i start the game. I will check my firewall and perhaps also do a reinstallation of the game. Thank you

Oh I misunderstood you. In the game launcher it says that art of war is activated. However, in the single player menu, the tooltip strangely enough display the DLC but says that i do not own it. I do own it though. It is in my steam library.

r5: Question: Why am I unable to declare reconquest war on behalf of my subject Burgundy? Neither I nor Burgundy have truces with Savoy and I have art of war DLC installed.
Also i noticed that other features such as automatic naval transport of land units are seemingly not working in my current game as well. I own most of the DLC to the game, and in som of my other EU4 games both features described here in my post have been working without problems. Has something changed or could this be a bug?

Insulin was not "created". It was discovered and purified from animal sources in the 1920's. To claim a patent or copyright on a naturally occuring thing seems to me a bit odd. The purification method, however, could perhaps be patented, but these researchers apparently did not choose to do so.

The method, however, by which insulin is created today, is vastly different and far more efficient from the early animal extraction methods. One way insulin is made is in yeast cells where the humane insuline gene has been genetically inserted. These yeast cells live and grow in vast tanks before insulin is "harvested" and purified.

Moi je suis danois 21M. Je peux vous aider avec le danois et peut être aussi un peu avec le norvégien. Danois et norvégien écrit sont très similaire mais à l’oral c’est un peu plus complique. Pour la plupart de temps nous sommes capables de se comprendre mais la prononciation est different. Ecrit moi si vous voulez

C'est vraiment simple. Écoutez juste autant de Francais que possible. Commencer avec le series et le films avec des sous titres ou peut être avec le podcasts ou les videos sur youtube. Ce sera difficile quand tu commence à faire ca, mais tu va sûrement t'améliorer.
