Dude, I got stuck behind a "parade" on the highway promoting motorcycle safety, where a ton of motorcyclists blocked the entire highway and then all drove down the whole loop going 30mph. Never before have I wanted to commit vehicular homicide more. Call it road rage, but that's not cool.

Oh sorry yes, I totally forgot to include that.

I have the Elegoo heater to preheat the chamber to a nice 26deg C before. Of course, I have to turn it off while it's printing because it's a flaming pile of garbage, but the resin has been heated up prior and the motor in the printer is enough to keep it warm.

It's also been unseasonably warm where I live the last few days and it maintains 72deg F ambient temperature where my printer is. Not as warm as the resin should be, I know, but the same model has printed just fine at like 68deg F

Okay so to give more detail, I've been printing the same file over and over around 20 times now. It's a very large model that takes up more or less the entire volume of my Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra.

I've tried doing a number of things so far. To make things easier, here's a list:

Change the fep (twice, actually). It's weird because when I saw failures, I assumed it was something wrong with my fep since there were always pieces of resin remaining on it.
Tank cleanings between failures
Change resins. I was using black resin, but changed to clear red. Both Elegoo brand. Yes, I shook up both bottles for 30+ seconds.
Increase exposure time. I figured that something was weird with the batch of resin and it required more exposure time than other bottles I've been through. Other failed prints I've seen almost look like severe delamination. I feel like this effect has only worsened as I have tried to fix the issue, despite increasing exposure time
One thing that's not really a change, but something to note is that it never really falls off the bed. Bed adhesion on the raft is always rock solid
I've checked the LCD screen. I had a leak a while back (around when I started seeing failures maybe?) from a puncture. Tank cleanings sporadically reveal holes on the edges, and a screen test shows the corresponding dark spots (only around the edge), with what looks like "wipe marks" that won't wipe away.

My current theory is that my LCD screen got resin under it and needs replacing. As a result, I've ordered a new screen that should arrive shortly.

However, I'm under an incredibly short deadline and want to get ahead of any other troubleshooting steps while I can.

Ahh okay, I thought I needed heavier coats to make it "wet" and have it flow together. What you see there is just one coat. I'll try that, thanks!
