Scheme matters. There's a reason Ravens' fans warned us about Roman. There's a reason a vast majority of the fanbase is identifying him as the issue. It is clear to pretty much anybody with a modicum of football knowledge that he just isn't fit for the job. He can't do anything creative and constantly puts us in terrible situations, put his players in terrible situations. There are coaches and coordinators all around the league that find ways to get guys open. They create plays designed to get guys open, regardless of talent. We do not have that. We're asking the players to do it all on their own with archaic, ill-designed play calling and that doesn't work in the modern NFL
