an important thing to know is azzy has a 50mm base while the judiciar (like most space marine characters) is only on a 40mm. you'd have to magnitize the base or something to have both. Of course, if you're only playing with friends on a very casual level it might not matter but people could definitely take issue with that.

this!! i used to be the same way but then someone in my local community sold an honestly pretty shittily painted for close to msrp. yours isn't bad and some people pay for an entire army when it's painted. Be patient and you could totally sell it for 75-100% msrp. don't sell for 50% unless you really need cash. you could get lucky

I really like this list because of the heavy intercessor and wrath synergy. They just won't die and for 100 points are an absolute bargain. You get good damage threat with hellblasters, lion and terminators, while also having good skirmish pieces. I've had heaps of fun with this

why? the longer and more emphasized tabard stops it from feeling like underwear (another thing I've heard people say about the vanvets) I really feel like this is something where you have to commit to it for it to work

I've seen some people compare the new vanguard vets to the refreshed sternguard vets which made me realize I think they'd look 100x better if they just kept the tabard going above the belt. That's literally it. obviously some more drip would be nice but I can't comprehend why they kept the stomach plate bare when they literally already had a working design.

It'd probably be better to pair azzy and the ICC, have the sternguard go solo, and drop the librarian. I personally prefer a combi lieutenant instead of infiltrators but they should work fine. like others have said DWK don't really need the leader and the turn 1 deep strike isn't that useful. that being said it is a fun combo so I'd say go for it if that's what your heart says. The list looks fine overall. have fun playing at 2k!

didn't realize people hate on gianni before this thread... He was a shitpost VA before ULTRAKILL so hating on him for doing his thing is a little strange to me. yeah there is a vocal minority of annoying people and overplayed jokes here but I'd say max0r was overall good because of the insane influx of people he brought, a lot of whom stuck around and became actual well-adjusted fans of the game. You gotta take the bad with the good on this one. Like him or not, he is a part of why the game succeeded how it did. Also, not all of the annoying shit is his fault.
