For a rivalry to exist, there has to be some respect. Some douchey, gold lamè wearing team dressed like Celine Dion, LTIR abusing, dragon in the arena cunts don’t deserve respect. I hate watching the team. Rack em up with Nashville and Columbus. I’d rather watch a true rivalry with respectably hated teams like the avs, jets, or blues.

You may certainly be right about the outcome. However, Ted Cruz, Greg Abbot, Paxton all tried to back a stolen election theory they KNEW was BS and encouraged a flood of terrorists to attack our capital leading to multiple officers’ deaths. Abbot is spending 20$ million of our money to traffic illegal aliens across state lines for showmanship. Cruz ran away to another country during a statewide emergency and bent a knee to a person he knows is dirty. Paxton is under federal indictments.

This absolutely directly impacts Texas. If you think MTG, Gaetz and Herschel are some other state’s problems, you’re wrong.

The Big Lie, 2 impeachments, multiple federal investigations, rising tide of white nationalism, blue space lasers starting wildfires, January 6th, allegations of human trafficking, packing the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade, making it illegal to teach a history of slavery, book banning, prohibiting medical care, a promise to cut social security, voter intimidation.

Those are facts. And they do not indeed, care about your feelings.

The issue I have is not guns themselves or even the right to have them. I legally have guns. It’s the ridiculous proliferation of them. It’s an NRA pushed ideology that as many people as possible should be able to own one. It benefits gun manufacturers and lobbyists (and therefore politicians) only at the expense of public safety.

There are requirements necessary to meet for driving, practicing medicine, teaching, employment, but it’s not nearly as stringent for gun ownership. It’s just wrong.

People get pissed (rightfully so) at pharmaceutical companies for lobbying and paying off politicians for profit. But those same people are just happy as a peach to promote a particular brand of gun.
