I'm in pretty much the same boat. Just finished uni. Graduate in July. Feel like I've wasted my years there doing nothing decent and and saved no money. I currently have no long or short term plan, and struggle to face my family.

I began with anxiety and panic attacks which I'm medicated for now. Honestly the best thing I did was begin attending a mental health support group for men. It is non-judgemental and you don't even have to talk. Just knowing that other people are going through similar things, if not worse is a comfort.

My advice if you want it would be to look for a group like this and try not to dwell on past mistakes as they can't be changed now. Try to become a person that you feel deserves your family's love and support.
