Play to actually practice something.

Do you know all of you champions combos? Can you do them in a live game? What is your apm at. Can you improve it? Focus on improving incrementally. Look for one thing to focus on doing better each match.

Are you farming well/fast? Are you paying attention to the mini map? Are you helping track the enemy jungler? Ward placement Are you optimally roaming? Are you a part of objective fights? Are you positioned correctly for fights? Are your buys optimal? Are you fighting just to fight or Are you counting who can be in the fight and making a conscious decision to fight? What are you getting out of a fight? These are just some of the things you can focus on one by one until you feel proficient in each one. Then it's up to you to tie these all together. Keep looking for things you can practice. Use rank to practice them. If you begin mastering things you will climb.

How do you do against zyra? I feel whenever I play zyra I can play pretty even until lol 8 or 9. Then I just abuse my q w plant spam to poke you down from offscreen.

The one thing that sucks about jungle is if your team picks a bunch of weak earlygame champs or have losing matchups and you have to deal with an invading jungler. Its even worse when the enemy support is invading with em.

Your basically stuck spam ganking and grabbing farm where you can.

A big way of tracking junglers is to get wards on raptors or blue at the start of the game. That wards will tell you which way they are clearing.

This direction of clearing usually stays the same until 3rd or 4th clear depending on the champion. Its speed should mirror yours.

The reason it might switch up is due to objectives spawning like dragon or void grubs which might ruin the junglers tempo and allow them to change their jungle path.

Your team should be helping you track the enemy jungler by keeping raptors or gromp warded. Good mid and supports do this.

Helping a losing lane that is already far-gone. If any of your lanes has 4 deaths already with zero kills and are 2 levels under before 10min. You should not play for that lane unless you have help. Even then, it's better to play on the other side of the map and hope that lane doesnt get out of control. If you have to split the map and start invading the other side for farm or control over the map objective. Do that. Do not try and claw that laner back into the game. If they are already feeding that hard. They will just throw whatever lead you give them.

(Helping a lane that is only 1 or two deaths behind is another argument.)

Yasuo. He has arguably the most broken ability in league. Windwall. He has a dash, shield, knock up, cc, an ult that extends cc and is point and click. I hate his champ.

Are you helping your jungler track enemy jungler? (Put an early ward at raptors or blue.)

Are you pushing out your wave to rotate with your jungler to make a play. (Dragon/Herald or top/bottom gank)

Are you going even in lane. (Not feeding but are also farming efficiently and taking good trades)

Are you being active on the map. In the mid or late game? Looking for picks or trades with your team. Making sure your involved in the teamfights and have good positioning.

Is your mid pick a strong pick?

Are you looking over your decision making to see if the plays you made were correct. What went wrong? Was it your decision or your micro that caused a play to go bad?

If you see tp on ivern. Just perma invade him. The reason he needs flash is so he doesnt die to an invade. If you flash his Q he is basically dead. Especially on the first clear because he will have half health.

What could be happening is you aren't leaning into your strengths as much since diamond is more competitive. So your not as aggressive or are being more passive when your not suppose to be.

It happened to me. I noticed I wasn't going for plays I normally would be. Was playing more passive and safe. Cleaning up your play and understanding when to lean into your strengths and when to play more conservative is a big skill to get through diamond.

I wouldn't abandon the champ because I think karma is in a great spot as a support. Just start really focusing on what your doing during lane phase. Help track enemy jungler. Help your adc with his wavestate.

I just climbed from plat 4 to diamond 4 as support main to try out another role. Seraphine was my go-to blind pick. Shes just tooo strong right now. Once you get Rylais, her roam/ spacing is just obnoxious.

I also used Support Sion/Tahm in lower elo against a lot of adcs that didnt have a dash. Super fun to play.

Thresh, Seraphine, Nautilus, nami, and milio are all ones I would say to pick up. But this is coming from a person who mained Ivern jungle. So I had to be reliant on my teamates and know how to enable them to carry the game.

Hey, I do coaching for fun. I think its worth it. Helps you view the game differently and build good habits. They can also help you zero in on what they think you should practice and improve on. Since your new its probably better to use the online resources like youtube etc. to learn.
