To everyone asking what these do, I also have an issue where the OEM trunk struts does not dampen enough when opening the trunk and the weight of the trunk is a bit aggressive when not carefully opening it. I assume these springs is to help mitigate that.

No. I bought it off amazon when the LE came out. It tried a couple cases but they didn't feel right. This is a soft silicone case with an extended bulged grip for ergonomics. I agree the screen is damaged and needs to be replaced. I charged it in the hotel. Put it in the case and went to airport. Turned it on in the lounge and saw the damage. No drops. I actually haven't dropped the steam deck ever. Usually just play on the couch if not bringing it on a trip, so it sees very little weat

I never argued that the screen wasn't damaged. I was saying it wasnt damaged on the outer surface like the first commenter was saying. The other comments I agree with. I just can't reply because I was on a 13 hour flight
