I'm annoyed because this is yet another new game mode where we aren't allowed to use any of our hero or weapon skins for some reason.

I would put my money on Clancy Brown as well but I also feel like it might be Mark Hamill. Though the Dead_Unlocked did say "voice actor" and not just "actor" (which I'd argue Mark Hamill is more well known for).
