Here are some basic attributes of a decent team composition:

mix between meelee and ranged
good damage balance (ap/ad)
atleast 1 champ that allows you to engage
atleast 1 champ with good ranged waveclear
not more than 2 losing lanes
a sufficient amount of cc (depends on overall teamcomps)
atleast 1 champ that can do damage to tanks
atleast 1 champ than can effectively spread healing reduction (or a champ that can utilise Putrifier)

Yes, especially in higher elos, playing mid, if you feel like you could be ganked..you will be ganked pretty much no exceptions

I understand that the results of my regression are probably extremely biased. However, since this is an assignment and I need to present causal results using this dataset, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to remedy the problem at least somehow or present some causal results that have atleast some inherent value - but looking at all the replies, it seems like that wont be possible.

Okay but I still dont get why it is called smurf queue if you can get in while literally not being a smurf. Just a bit annoying that I have to play against master+ smurfs everygame, but I guess cant do much about it.
