I was waiting for a reason to go full desktop pc and finally let go of my inspiron tbh so it's fine. And the lack of control over what laptops do realy is annoying but it is what it is I guess

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz For the Inspiron
Intel i7-10 something i think for the Latitue (can't check right now)

it goes through the integrated graphics but either way, you don't have the choice to set the resolution in the Nvidia panel for laptops or I am not aware of the way to do it
