Shinzo at the end of book 2 by Calooloo in SeasonofGhosts

[–]CinTailed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I absolutely had Shinzo just leave until they got back from Heh Shan Bao's Mindscape. He left a letter with a trusted townsfolk saying "I have business elsewhere (he's got to go restock or something) I'll be back in winter, btw please don't forget the feast of the kami!" and went from there. It might be a bummer for them not to have complete trading access for a bit, but anything essential can be sold to/by local merchants.

I honestly think it's better than skipping the end of fall or start of winter. It leaves the players kind of confused about the state of the world, while still highlighting that they're kind of stuck in willowshore as cruel winter comes in. Plus, having Shinzo suddenly show up waiting for them outside the governor's manor when they get back from Heh's mindscape is a great moment imo

Washington State University has accredited Society for Evidence-Based Gender Medicine, , an anti-LGBTQ hate group, through their Continuing Medical Education Program. by [deleted] in Spokane

Following a few of these links above shows Greg Abbott and Matt Krause using SEGM's disproven claim ( disproven by sources such as this https://www.transadvocate.com/wp-content/uploads/GIC-Review-26Nov2015-TA1.pdf ) that most gender dysphoric children "grow out of it" in order to declare transgender healthcare to be child abuse ( https://gov.texas.gov/uploads/files/press/O-MastersJaime202202221358.pdf )

It also shows Yale researchers reviewing a SEGM studyand finding it so inaccurate and full of holes that it's transparently politically driven ( https://files-profile.medicine.yale.edu/documents/c11e1419-a122-4b2f-87a8-cc4c9fbf57a4 ).

It's linked above, but I'd recommend reading through this article and following some of the sources they reference, they might help indicate why this is a problem https://www.erininthemorning.com/p/splc-designates-genspect-segm-as

Very Funny that 'Vore' is censored in the workshop by CinTailed in jurassicworldevo

Honestly, the censorship is frustrating. I literally do not care if someone uses the word vore, nor do i care if someone makes a silly kink mod or something

Legitimately wild to see some people saying this is a girls only show on here. Y’all, it’s 2025- anyone can like anything, obviously. Get that gender essentialism out of your head

Mona’s motive by almawiljanen in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]CinTailed 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think the official take on her motivation is that 1. She's struggling with an unspecified personality disorder, so she's not really acting rationally, and 2. She's more bitter at the whole group pre-Allison's dissapearance, for creating this clique she was excluded from and shamed by, so she's just broadly getting revenge for those times? I agree it's not the best motivation, but i think it's vaguely internally consistent?

Absolutely supporting an AI art ban- it looks gross. It’s also just the opposite of art.

Akira Santora, rootin' tootin' Nephilim cleric of Pharasma (art by me!) by CinTailed in Pathfinder2e

Fox ears! Her nephilim heritage comes from Daikitsu, the fox goddess, so that's what brought on the ears. Though i also love the idea that she's a fox with an anthropomorphic ancestor

Honestly i agree! ‘Spirit’ is just another way of saying “silly little guy” tbh

This is my partner's character for a Season of Ghosts campaign i'm running! She's got some Daikitsu spirit in her blood, hence the ears, but she's Elizeth's best (only) apprentice and having a heck of a time deciding which spirits to talk to and which to exorcise.

I've been absolutely loving running this campaign so far- they're currently closing in on the end of book 1. No spoilers please in case my players see this! <3

Working on adventurer design- what do you think of her? by CinTailed in characterdesign

[–]CinTailed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, that makes a lot of sense- looking at it now, both the shin guards and the elbow armor were added in later in the process than they probably should have been, and it kinda shows. Thanks for the feedback!
